Intro
I’m a data-driven senior business leader blending human centered design (HCD), product-led growth, and strategic product marketing practices to create valuable products and experiences. I most recently led a team of Product Managers, Product Designers, and Experience Research and Analytics professionals to expand and continuously improve a suite of consumer experiences in healthcare.

Highlights
Drove multi-year product strategy, roadmap, execution, and sales enablement that grew Sapphire Digital (23% CAGR 2018-2022) and led to acquisition by Zelis.
Leaned into federal “Transparency in Coverage” regulation as a product strategy and delivered compliant cost-transparency that generated 409% increase in bookings (45 new logos) and directly contributed to 20% YoY revenue growth (10M+ member growth) for S365 heath care shopping solution.
Evolved S365 Provider Directory and Cost Estimation platform with 10-100+ client-validated features and enhancements across 6 releases per year for 20+ national healthcare organizations made up of over 65 million users. Championed continuous shift towards agile product development practices and program portfolio management approach.
Led the design and launch of Enterprise Design Language System (DLS) and component UI framework to optimize design-to-delivery cycles for accessible consumer experiences enabling 34% faster product design to development workflows. Solution ultimately adopted by Zelis enterprise for use across all business units.
Defined and rolled out substantially upgraded product measurement framework to over 75% of the health plan client base in 6 months from inception. Solution established a unified model and metrics for understanding member satisfaction within the customer service journey shared between client and Zelis experiences. Results and insights upgraded account management dialog towards strategic and outcome-driven.
Led build/buy analysis and technology asset acquisition to accelerate product roadmap or Zelis’ incentivized member activation program. Relaunched as “SmartShopper Propel”—a behavioral nudge solution to enhance healthcare quality and economic outcomes for consumers—in under 12-months with first Medicare/Medicaid implementation scheduled.
Launched and managed a pilot “integrated agile development lab” at Highmark that focused on optimizing the member experience, driving up transactional NPS, significantly reducing operating costs to the call center, and improving health outcomes for members with high costs conditions.
Grew a multi-million dollar consultancy based on homegrown innovation playbooks.
